To Better Days Construction is the building arm of the South Florida development firm established by Peter Fine, a veteran New York City developer. To Better Days Development is a fully integrated real estate development firm that entered the market in 2013 and has created two luxury waterfront estates on Miami Beach. To Better Days Construction has grown from the continued evolution of that birth and is now serving as one of the premier custom luxury home builders in the Miami Beach market.

Managing Principal Peter Fine founded Atlantic Development over 20 years ago and has built over 12,000 apartments of multi-family housing ranging from assisted living to affordable living and luxury rentals. He has also built over 500,000 square feet of commercial and community facility space.
Zachary Carpenter
President
Zachary Carpenter has been building custom homes in Miami Beach and Coral Gables for over 13 years following a 5-year career in architecture designing and managing the same custom home projects. Zach has overseen more than a dozen ground-up custom homes as well as renovations and build-outs of another dozen, including condominium, retail, and restaurant projects.
